By accessing and using TruEquations' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile app development services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

TruEquations provides the following services:

• Custom mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms
• Shopify integration and backend development
• AI-enhanced mobile app features and functionality
• App store submission and deployment services
• Technical consultation and project management
• Ongoing support and maintenance services

3-Week Delivery Promise: We commit to delivering your mobile app within 3 weeks from project initiation, subject to:

• Timely client feedback and approval
• Clear project requirements and specifications
• Client availability for communication and testing
• No major scope changes during development

Delays: Project delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to client response times, third-party integrations, or technical complexities.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require:

• 50% upfront payment to commence development
• 50% upon project completion and delivery
• Additional milestone payments for larger projects

Late Payments: Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees.

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the custom-developed mobile application and source code.

Our Rights: TruEquations retains rights to:

• Reusable code libraries and frameworks
• Development methodologies and processes
• Portfolio usage rights for marketing purposes
• Technical knowledge and expertise gained

Third-Party Components: Some components may be subject to third-party licenses and terms.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and specifications
• Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
• Providing necessary access to Shopify stores and APIs
• Testing and quality assurance of delivered applications
• Compliance with app store guidelines and requirements
• Maintaining necessary licenses and permissions

Warranty Period: We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

Support Services: Post-warranty support is available through separate maintenance agreements.

Limitations: Our warranty does not cover:

• Changes in third-party services or APIs
• Client modifications to the delivered code
• Issues arising from client hosting or deployment
• Compatibility issues with unsupported devices or platforms

TruEquations' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party services or integrations
• Issues arising from client's use of delivered applications

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, project details, and business data. Confidentiality obligations continue beyond project completion.

Exceptions: We may disclose information when required by law or with explicit client consent.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed up to termination date
• We deliver all completed work and source code
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Intellectual property rights transfer as specified in the agreement

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
